What is an energy balancing session? | It provides an opportunity to focus on yourself and your needs in a confidential, safe and tranquil environment. An initial conversation identifies how a client is feeling, then the client will be either lying down fully clothed on a massage table (or in a chair if preferred). I work intuitively and focus on bringing the body‘s chakras back into balance and alignment. At the end, time is taken to review how the client is feeling after their energy balancing session. An introductory energy balancing session is 75 minutes, subsequent sessions are generally 60 or 30 minutes. |
